1. Collection. We pick up your car the morning of the service. Our drivers use the app to film a slow circuit of the car, taking into account any dents, bumps, grazes, etc. We log the mileage and the condition of the interior.
2. Service Advisory. Once we've got your car back at our garage, our mechanics use the app during the service and highlight any additional work they believe is necessary.
3. Used Parts. Our Service Advisors will call you to describe the recommendations, using detailed pictures of the worn parts. This allows you to make an informed decision whether or not you want them to proceed with any additional work. We will never carry out ANY additional work without your permission.
4. Delivery. Our mechanics complete the service and deliver your car back to you!
